a) For Tours and Packages:

i) If you need to cancel your tour or package booking, the following cancellation fees will apply: – Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the start date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits. – Cancellation made between 15 and 29 days prior to the start date: 50% refund, minus any non-refundable deposits. – Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the start date: No refund.

ii) Please note that certain tours or packages may have their own specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

b) For Hotel Bookings:

i) Hotel cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific hotel and room type booked. We will provide you with the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation at the time of booking.

1.2 Cancellations by Idea Travel:

a) In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour, package, or hotel booking, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the cancellation as soon as possible and provide suitable alternative arrangements, if available.

Modification and Rebooking:

a) If you need to modify your travel plans, such as changing the dates or the itinerary, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs or charges that may apply. Please contact our customer support team to initiate any modifications.

Refunds and Processing:

a) All refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation or the request for a refund.

b) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the booking, unless otherwise specified.

c) Please note that some credit card companies or banks may take additional time to process the refund, which is beyond our control. We recommend contacting your credit card company or bank for further information.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

a) Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events constituting force majeure, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or issue refunds, as appropriate.
